A beautiful condition Golden Web Vacumatic fountain pen that has an aluminium lock-away filler; there is no plating wear on the bands or the tassie ring but there is a little 'spotting' on the clip. There are no cracks or splits and virtually no scratches either; the blind cap and the clip tassies are both black. The pen has been stripped, cleaned, had a new diaphragm fitted, reassembled, adjusted, and write tested. The nib is a fine grade single-colour 14ct gold, and I would think, original to the pen; it writes nicely with just a little flexibility. The imprint is barely readable.
