A beautiful condition Debutante-size Vacumatic fountain pen in buburgundy pearl that has an aluminium lock-away filler; there is just a little plating wear on the bands, the tassie ring and the clip. There are no cracks or splits but there are a few scratches consisted with its age; the blind cap and the clip tassies are both red stripey. The pen has been stripped, cleaned, had a new diaphragm fitted, reassembled, adjusted, and write tested. The nib is a fine grade two-colour 14ct gold, and I would think, original to the pen; it writes nicely with just a little flexibility. The imprint is hardly readable.
